Title I

Title I Program Overview

M. E. Foster Elementary is a Title I campus, which means we receive federal funding to help ensure all students meet challenging state academic standards. Title I funds are used to:

  • Provide high-quality instruction and resources for students.

  • Offer additional academic support and interventions.

  • Increase parent and family engagement opportunities.

  • Support professional development for teachers to improve student achievement.
